This notice covers the Naples Luxury Real Estate & Market Report page run by The Coastal Team at Compass. It adds to our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you request a valuation or consultation, unlock the report or sign up for the monthly report, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, and where given your property address, timeline and message. We also record the page, any campaign tags in the link you followed and the Google click ID.
How we use it
Your details go to The Coastal Team by email and into our client management system, Lofty, so Michael Sopka or Joanne Sintic can reply and, if you agreed, follow up by phone, text or email. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling 239.766.5633.
Advertising measurement
This page uses the Google tag, which sets cookies, to measure whether visits from our Google ads lead to a request. When you submit a form, the tag sends Google a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone number so Google can match the request to an ad click. This is called enhanced conversions. Google does not receive your details in readable form from us, and we do not sell your information. You can manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Browser storage
After you unlock the full report, this browser remembers it so you do not have to register again. Clearing your browser data removes it.
